The Phoenix MBDA Business Center services are geared towards: (i) capacity building, and (ii) job creation/retention resulting from facilitating contracts and financing for medium-sized minority businesses.

We provide technical business services including (but not limited to)

  • the development of a pool of contract and finance opportunities;
  • direct matching of opportunities with qualified/vetted MBEs;
  • relationship management and deal sourcing initiatives (e.g. industry clusters);
  • facilitating MBE growth through exports (identifying global markets and financing);
  • identifying, matching and securing alternative sources of capital and financing;
  • educating MBEs on the benefits of strategic growth alternatives (e.g., mergers, acquisitions and/or joint ventures);
  • MBE advocacy; and, providing service referrals to MBEs of all sizes.

The MBDA Business Center in Phoenix helps its clients find financing for business growth. We have partnered with various lending institutions including community banks and microlenders to help meet the needs of clients at every level. We provide:

Access to Market:
The MBDA Business Center in Phoenix utilizes its expansive network of strategic partners to provide greater opportunities and resources to its clients. The Center actively promotes individual minority businesses to these networks that include Chambers of Commerce, business and trade associations, corporations, local trade fairs, as well as state and local government agencies.
